about me
Caitlin Hare started her career making statements in fashion and then decided to make even bigger ones in business. After earning her MBA, she swapped runway looks for creative briefs, diving headfirst into the world of advertising. Since then, she’s helped rebrand icons like The Waldorf Astoria, launch jewelry collections with Graymoor Lane, and globe-trot for Victor Private Jets’ luxury campaigns (yes, jet lag is her love language).
After years sharpening her creative instincts at agencies, Caitlin brought her talent to NBCUniversal, where she now serves as Director, Marketing & Creative Partnerships. Translation: she leads the kind of campaigns that make you stop scrolling. She’s led unforgettable award winning partnerships for brands like Unilever, Wayfair, Amazon, and more turning ideas into cultural moments. Think Real Housewives of Lay’s trending on Twitter, Wayfair taking over the TODAY Plaza like never before, and making Reddit threads go crazy over Rao’s Homemade & ‘It’s Joe Time’.
When she’s not turning brand briefs into buzz, Caitlin’s exploring, whether that’s a tucked-away restaurant downtown or a city halfway around the world. A proud New Yorker, she believes good ideas (and great meals) are always worth the adventure.
