Pure Leaf &
International Women’s Day

To honor International Women’s Day, Pure Leaf and NBCUniversal joined forces to celebrate the beauty and empowerment in saying “no.” The multi-platform campaign shared Pure Leaf’s inspiring message across E!, TODAY, and Watch What Happens Live, reaching women everywhere with authentic stories about setting boundaries and making space for more meaningful “yeses.”

On E!’s Daily Pop, our hosts and certified life coach Rosie Mercato explored the freedom that comes from being unapologetically yourself, seamlessly tying in Pure Leaf’s message about prioritizing what truly matters. On TODAY, bestselling author and therapist Lori Gottlieb answered fan questions about guilt, pressure, and self-prioritization, helping viewers find confidence in saying “no.” That evening, Watch What Happens Live turned its Clubhouse into a Pure Leaf celebration with a female-led guest lineup, a beautifully branded bar, and Pure Leaf swag for the audience. We also created a special sponsored montage of empowering “boss lady” moments from Bravo history, reinforcing the brand’s celebration of women’s strength and individuality. Extending beyond broadcast, NBCUniversal partnered with The Female Quotient for Women’s History Month conversations on how empowering women drives business success. One highlight was a panel featuring leading women across media and marketing discussing how purpose and profit can work hand in hand.

As the lead for PepsiCo brands, I guided the Pure Leaf x NBCU campaign from concept to execution. When Pure Leaf challenged NBCU to bring their message to life in a meaningful, multi-platform way, I helped shape the creative strategy, managed all workstreams, and ensured seamless collaboration across every property. The campaign resonated deeply with audiences and delivered strong brand results, driving meaningful lifts in awareness, memorability, and engagement across NBCUniversal’s portfolio. Through authentic storytelling and thoughtful integrations, Pure Leaf and NBCUniversal brought empowerment to life — proving that saying “no” can be one of the most powerful messages of all.
